09:00 [team only] Everything is on fire
If something went terribly wrong... You can still fix it now 😬
Right after the Morning Show: final run-through
The first run-through this week didn't go as smooth as we liked, so we'll try again to make sure we'll feel confident in the afternoon!
11:00 [team only] Team Goodbyes
Time to say goodbye to your team and give each other some feedback... 🥰
13:00 [the world] Demo day! Show your pitches to the world!
Showtime 🤹🏾♀️
During the pitches, when your team is not up
We show 3 pitches, and then interview 3 teams. Sit back and enjoy 🤩! Show ♥️in the YouTube stream – ask questions in the discord channel #pitch-chat.
During the pitches, when your team is up
Go to the Interviews page to see what will happen and how to prepare.
14:30 [the world] Project breakout rooms
People can come over to breakout rooms and have a chat with the different teams!
What hosting a breakout room looks like
During the first breakout room test it was clear this job can get quite heavy; so you can definitely split up tasks over your team members and coach(es)!
Moderating the breakout room
Make sure one person in your team is in the breakout room first – you'll see you get moderator rights.
Make sure people make themselves recognisable
Keep the room quiet
Very convenient: you can make sure everyone starts out muted.
If someone forgets to mute themselves, you can mute them:
Tip: You can already go there when the streaming event starts, so you have the chance to chase out the trolls.
Moderating the Questions
How would you approach role division in a break out? How many members of your teams should remain in the break out room? Can it all be done by one person? Like pitching, MC'ing and moderating (muting people, seeing which relevant questions there are), showing demo tools answering questions? Seems like a lot to handle
