Welcome to open summer of code! You'll get an introduction about what osoc is about, what Open Knowledge Belgium is, how we work (code of conduct & how we work), what our 4 weeks will be about and what you'll be β¨delivering β¨.

Compose list of questions for partner/client
You can compose it together in the folder of your team under meeting minutes

Prepare to introduce yourselves to the other teams!
Pitching
Create short pitch (to introduce the team and project, no slides needed). You can base yourself on the project description you made.
Decide who pitches β and add it to the sheet
The sequence of pitches will be the one in the sheet.
The pitcher waits in the waiting room, and will be dragged into the pitching arena whenever they are up! Find out how here: https://help.osoc.be/global/pitching/hackathon-pitches

Say Cheese & Prep your Conversation Starter Profile
Send over a picture of each team member + take a screenshot with students and coaches
Make sure you wear your osoc shirt, and if you don't have it (yet), grab a colourful one π
Add it in the team picture folder
Create a team folder in that folder for your team team-name
Name each picture team-name-member-name-picture, and if it's a group pic team-name-team-picture
Because it's a remote edition, we set up a cool way to meet other people randomly β with Conversation Starter (founded by a coach of ours, Rutger!)
